Lawyer Perpetual is an enthusiastic, dedicated and bilingual (English/French) Lawyer with extensive experience in negotiating, reviewing and drafting of contracts, arbitration, litigation, company secretarial practice and customer care. She is an exceptional leader who is able to develop and motivate others to achieve results. She has a very strong ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion and a proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges. She is the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Partner at A.Y & Associates and Managing Director of Perpsy Pine Ventures Limited. Prior to this, she was the Managing Counsel of Peakson Law Consult (now A.Y & Associates), Senior Manager, Legal at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ag. Head of Legal and Company Secretary for the Enterprise Group. Lawyer Perpetual also served in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Department as a State Attorney and worked at as a legal officer at Ecobank Ghana Limited and Ghana Telecommunication Company Limited ( now Vodafone). Additionally, Perpetua was a French Tutor. Perpetual currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Khols and Hols Limited, CMS Cepcor Limited, and Perpsy Pine Ventures Limited. She was a Board member of Innovare Ltd for Ten (10) years and served on the Legal Aid Board for three (3) years. She has also worked as Company Secretary to several companies including NTHC Limited, SEM Capital, SDL Company Limited, Enterprise Life, Enterprise Trustees, Enterprise Properties Perpetual is a Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana, holds an EMBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate in Law (Barrister at Law) from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A French/English) from the University of Cape Coast.
